Michael R. Mills, formerly senior vice president & general counsel of Vulcan Materials Company, has been named to the new role of chief administrative officer. In his new position, Mr. Mills will be responsible for the executive oversight of the non-financial, administrative functions of the company. Vulcan Materials Company is a member of the S&P 500 Index and the nation’s foremost producer of construction aggregate.
