Evanston Chamber of Commerce named Patrick Hughes Jr. Community Leadership Person of the Year for “making Evanston a better place for its people and its institutions through involvement in civic and/or service organizations.” Hughes Jr. is the CEO and founder of Inclusion Solutions in Evanston, and helped found the Evanston WestEnd business district.
