Mark Lonergan is happy to reconnect with former classmates at Kellogg. Mark has lived in Silicon Valley for the last 25 years, running a firm he helped start in 2001. He has two kids in high school and two who already graduated college. His family misses the Midwest and visits Chicago whenever they can.
Georgetown Presbyterian Church in Washington, D.C. recently welcomed Professor Miroslav Volf as a guest preacher. He spoke on “Christian Faith and Political Pluralism,” and preached on “The Return of Joy!”. The guest preacher committee, headed by Katy McBride, hosted the visit. Miroslav Volf is a professor of theology at Yale Divinity School, scholar, and principal author of the response to “A Common Word Between Us and You” (2007), calling for humility and charity between Christians and Muslims.
