Rob Bilger has retired from Macquarie Capital as vice chairman, spending 15 years in investment banking, following the first 25 years of his career in the oil and gas industry. Rob and his wife, Roxann, reside in Houston.

The Bluford Healthcare Leadership Institute, a program founded by John W. Bluford III to cultivate a pipeline of talented minority scholars for leadership roles, recently welcomed its third class. The two-week program gives participants exposure to executive leaders, who include presidents of CHRISTUS Health, America’s Essential Hospitals and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. The BHLI also coordinates internships across the nation at places including Centers for Disease Control, Hennepin County Medical Center and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
