F. Javier Manzanares has been CFO and Director of Support Services for The Green Climate Fund since July 2014. GCF is the largest climate fund, created by the UN and approved by 196 countries’ signatories to the Convention for Climate Change. In six months, GCF has secured more than $10 billion in pledges.
