Karsten Drath just published his fourth book. Published in German, "Coaching Techniken" is a basic introduction into the foundations of coaching. It targets HR practitioners who want to know more about coaching and leaders who want to use elements of coaching as an enrichment of their leadership repertoire. Karsten explains a comprehensive coaching framework called Leadership Choices and gives an overview of interventions, models and techniques who compliment the coaching framework. His next book, on Neuroleadership, will be available in the summer of 2015.
