H&S, owned by the PE firm of GenNx360, is a leading provider of large industrial gearing solutions to the steel, mining, sugar, and oil and gas industries. Pradeep was previously with GE Energy as a Market Segment Manager and with Ametek where he progressed from Director of Strategic Marketing to VP of Global Engineering to Business Manager.
