After facing one and half year of health issues, including four surgeries, Varun Kaushik finished his part-time MBA in September 2014. It was very challenging to keep up with a full-time job and flying every weekend to Chicago from Houston for classes during this time. After graduation, Varun interviewed with McKinsey & Co. and received an offer to join their Houston office as an associate, where he started in February 2015.

Eric N. Marquardt has joined Columbus-based investment management and financial advisory firm Hamilton Capital Management, Inc. as a financial advisor. In his new role, Eric works to develop forward-looking financial and investment strategies for the firm’s wealth management, business and institutional clients and serves as a member of its award-winning wealth advisory team.
