Vic Polotsky been very busy working as VP, Business Intelligence for Fay Companies, a rapidly growing startup in the mortgage industry and trying to bring the company’s data analytics from the 1990s (spreadsheet level) to “best in class” for 2015. Vic’s family is doing well, and his daughter will be starting high school this year.
