2014 was a year of advancement for Stuart Kruse. In November, he was invited to the Turkish/Syrian border with his wife by the Karam Foundation to run a chess clinic and basketball camp as part of the Karam Leadership Program, which also included programs in entrepreneurship, computer programming, media careers, video editing and other skills. Meanwhile, Kruse Asset Management grew more than 30 percent while its flagship product, QVP, outpaced Morningstar's top domestic fund for 2014 (as well as three of the past four winners).

Tim Lester and his wife Elizabeth Lester met in class at Kellogg and recently celebrated their 21st wedding anniversary. Tim and Elizabeth live in the Bay Area and enjoy the fun they have together while raising their five children. Tim works as the CFO/COO of LED manufacturer Bridgelux, while Elizabeth keeps the family on-track while successfully training for marathons.

John Servatius is happy to report new employment as Director of Commercial Recovery Associates, where he assists small to medium sized companies to sell, turnaround, or close down. He reports that as an "old" Dad with Casey, 8, and Rye, 5, his retirement is way beyond any horizon.
