Donald Washburn was Elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Amedisys, Inc., a home health and hospice company based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Donald is also a member of the boards of LaSalle Hotel Properties (REIT-NYSE), The Greenbrier Companies, Inc. (NYSE) and Key Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ). Donald and his wife, Chrissy, celebrated their 46th anniversary this year.
