Michael Rauch was appointed head of the CEO office at adhesives and consumer goods company Henkel in February. He will report directly to Henkel CEO Kasper Rorsted and be responsible for the group strategy unit and all board office affairs. Michael was previously corporate vice president and head of corporate finance for the last three years.

After one and a half years of living in Michigan and working for Robert Bosch LLC as director of corporate strategy for the Americas, Carlos Ihlenfeld got married in December.
