Steve Wooledge had another boy. Connor Argiris Wooledge was born July 17. He’s working on a basketball team. Steve also was promoted to senior director of corporate marketing at Aster Data.

Carl Castrogiovanni married Melea Lusk on July 31 on the Milwaukee lakefront. Carl and Melea first met in Milwaukee at an alumni mixer in 2004 after both had just moved there from Chicago. Melea has an MBA from the University of Chicago and works at Abbott Labs. Carl works at the Miller Electric division of ITW.

Jill (Molchan) Gierach and her husband Mark are the proud parents of Evan Thomas, born June 24. They were married in 2006 and live in Minneapolis. Jill is in sales at PepsiCo, where she is a senior national account manager, responsible for the Quaker Oats, Tropicana and Gatorade businesses at Target. Mark works as a trader at an asset management firm. Jill enjoyed having the summer off to spend with Evan. She also spends her time as an active member of her church and the Junior League of Minneapolis.

Sophia Taylor married Charles Love on Oct. 3 at the W Hotel Union Square in New York City.

Brian Collie and his wife Christine are thrilled to announce the birth of their daughter Mary Josephine, born at 3:26 p.m. Dec. 16. They couldn’t ask for a better Christmas gift. Big brother James and sister Mercedes have already introduced Mary Jo to the joys of Thomas the Train and Elmo.

Richard Alvarez has joined Health Contact Partners health call center as vice president of business development and sales. Richard will be responsible for developing a strategic plan to identify new channel partners and broaden relationships with existing partners. He will identify potential sales markets and align resources to execute the sales strategy. His office is located at Health Contact Partners’ headquarters in Wheeling, Ill.
