David Blowers was named president and CEO of Northern Trust’s personal financial services business in the Midwest region.

Blowers was previously president of personal financial services in Illinois, a role he held since 2003, serving the complex needs of affluent individuals, families and business owners. In his new role, Blowers will oversee all wealth management operations in more than 20 Northern Trust offices across the Midwest.
