Charlie Kinas EMP-54 with wife Sherry and daughter Kara during their Milwaukee-to-Milwaukee-via-Seattle road trip just before the Harley-Davidson 105th anniversary

EMP-54

Joe Dalum, executive vice president of DUECO, successfully negotiated the purchase of most assets from Odyne, the plug-in hybrid drive supplier. DUECO plans to begin a new business producing the plug-in hybrid drive systems for trucks. In between high-level business negotiations, Joe continues to provide expert testimony before the U.S. House and Senate energy committees on hybrid technology.

Lora Rosenbaum, Maureen Bryan, Charlie Kinas and Rana Altenburg gathered at the new Harley-Davidson Museum just before the holidays. It is a great place to stop on your way to our summer reunion in August. Watch for e-mails.

Jeanine Nyonzima-Aroian traveled to Burundi over the holidays with her husband to tend to their work on her non-profit organization, Burundi Friends International.

George Baus, along with fellow teammates Angela Duffy, Bob Lang and Oded Barak, continue to hold regular conference calls. They send their good wishes to EMP-54.
