Cooper Marcus has founded Spark Parking Inc. based on a business plan he developed while at Kellogg. He is happy to report that he's already made that critical "first customer" sale.

  Michael Van Milligen '05

Michael Van Milligen was recently credentialed by the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) in recognition of his work as the city manager of Dubuque, Iowa, a position he has held since 1993. He will travel to Philadelphia this spring for the April 2006 Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia Conference, where he has been invited to give a presentation on the conference's topic, "Reinventing America's Older Communities."

Nisha Shah celebrated her wedding to Asheesh Birla with Kellogg friends in Detroit on August 20, 2005.
