James Rubenstein has been appointed president and chief operating officer of Beltronics Corp. Beltronics, headquartered in Addison, Ill., is a contract manufacturer of electronic circuit board assemblies and magnetics. The company has manufacturing plants in Addison and Flora, Ill. James say he is privileged to be appointed leader of such a technically competent and accomplished group of people.
