together during a Kellogg Alumni Club of France event.
France
On May 17,
a new MBA Update will take place in Paris at the prestigious
Le Cercle de l'Union InteralliČe, allowing alumni to get an
inside peek at what is being taught in today's Kellogg MBA
classrooms. Professor Phil Kotler will be in France for the
first time, teaching and meeting with the French alumni community
on his most recent book, Marketing Moves. Le Figaro
Entreprises also will participate in the event, giving a cover
headline of Kotler's views on recent marketing moves required
to be successful in the marketplace.
Thanks to the
efforts of Kellogg's European Business Club, some leading
French publications mentioned Kellogg, including Le Journal
du Net and Le Figaro. Further efforts are being
made to expand Kellogg's presence in Europe. A series of Kellogg
Executive Education programs on business marketing will take
place across Europe, including one in Paris on Sept. 17 to
19.
Details
of the GIM trip to France in March, which was led by Dean
Emeritus Donald P. Jacobs, will soon be posted on the European
Web site, now a year old. It is with a certain pride that
Kellogg Europe has seen itself grown into a unified alumni
community.
