Congratulations to Chris Palmer, who has been promoted to vice president of organization and leadership development for LaFarge North America Inc. Chris and his family are building a new home in northern Virginia. He also paid a visit to Kellogg last fall to participate in the development of the Kellogg Global HR Network.

Great news from Wayne Paul, who joined The Home Depot last fall as vice president of transportation atthe company's headquarters in Atlanta. After many years of long road trips, Wayne is looking forward to working close to home for a while.

Bob Blanchard and Paul Jachim are still working with BestNet Communications. Bob is now president, CEO and chairman of the board, while Paul serves as COO, CFO and secretary of the board. Both are enjoying the challenge of growing a new business.

Pawan Verma is still living in Naperville, Ill., and just had his second child.
