Joseph F. Galluzzo was invested as a laureate of the International Biographical Centre (IBC) of Cambridge, England's Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the fields of chemical engineering and oil painting. IBC confers the honor after it has thoroughly evaluated each candidate's qualifications. Galluzzo, a retired U.S. Army civil service agent and independent artist, has also been included in the 2002-03 edition of the Empire Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry.
