Giorgio (EMP-9) and Shelley Sorani are alive and well and living in Santa Monica, Calif. after more than three interesting years in Hong Kong and more than five years in San Francisco. Giorgio is CIO of technology for Herbalife, while Shelley wishes she had a job so she could take a vacation dividing her time among watercolor classes at UCLA and fund raising for spinal cord injury research, since son Marco was injured in 1994. She is “looking for a few alums with clout” to sponsor a major event for the Christopher Reeve Paralysis Foundation (CRPF) in L.A. some time during 2003.
