EMP-40

Doug Barton is vice president of marketing for Closedloop Solutions. He tackles the important problems of high tech companies who find themselves coming unglued because of hypergrowth, uncertainty, lack of visibility and other nasty problems. Gee, you think Doug is busy right now?

Jeff DeMonaco has joined the Integrated Electronic Systems Sector (IESS, of course), sector manufacturing at Motorola. He is the new director of supply chain management. Better supply chain than chain gang. Congrats, Jeff!

Eric McAllister has joined Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), as their senior manager in the human performance and technology practice. He will stay in Dallas, but you never know when you might spot him in the airport!

Mike Matella couldn¹t bear to be without EMP-40 classmates -- we like this! Way to go, Eric and Mike.

Brian McInerney has joined BEA Systems as their sales operations manager, national accounts. Congrats, Brian.

Has anyone ever heard from John Mitchell, now in Phoenix?

Vance Lancaster has been promoted at the Cisneros Television Group in Miami. He is now vice president of marketing.

Bert is back! Bert Allen has taken a job as vice president of human resources for Exelon Enterprises in Chicago. Yahoo! One back for us. Exelon is a diversified, deregulated energy services and telecommunications subsidiary of Exelon Corp. His new telephone number is 312.394.4012 and his e-mail address is: bert.allen@exeloncorp. com.

Brian McInerney spotted Judy Buckley at Disneyland -- on Main Street. Apparently she was shaking down Goofy related to a State Department assignment.

Has anyone heard from John Rutter? Your classmates miss you. We keep losing our Johns.

John Montaverde, our good doctor also remains MIA. Well, we know where he is; he just ignores us. Ha, ha.

The McGarritty¹s have had quite a bit of excitement in their lives, beside the new baby, Sean Michael. Cathy is working for a healthcare consulting firm called Health Strategies Group. Tim has taken a new position within Jones Lang LaSalle, as consultant to the Army in their effort to privatize the housing on military installations. They have also relocated to Maryland. Tim has been seen hanging out at the Pentagon. Their new address is 2027 Penderbrooke Dr., Crownsville, Md. 21032. Phone: 410.721.4068 Subash and Troy have taken new jobs as well -- stay tuned for details in the next edition!

Chris Ksoll had lunch with Judy Buckley in December. Is it still called lunch if it lasts from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.? We had a lot of catching up to do. Judy is doing well and says hi to everyone!

Ray Siegel, having had knee surgery, is now considered bionic and is considering TV roles.
