Chris Joseph writes:"I'm working for a start-up that provides collaborative commerce platforms for B2B exchanges. Our second daughter, Samantha, celebrated her first birthday last month. Our first daughter, Megan, is in kindergarten."

Kevin J. Schmidt writes: "My company, Envisionworks, is the only company specializing on workplace incivility. After nearly 20 years in the armored services industry, Jim Guthrie has become a money manager of another sort. Jim recently joined the Private Client Group of Merrill Lynch as a financial consultant. He is servicing clients throughout the country from Merrill's Oak Brook, Ill., offices. His plan is to build an assets-based fee for service wealth advisory and investment management business.

Robert K. Hughes writes: "I have recently joined Stonegate Food and Agribusiness Partners in Dallas. Stonegate is an investment banking company specializing in merger and acquisition advisory services, business development and capital solutions to food and agribusiness."

Erica Rutkin Keswin was married to Jeff Keswin on Feb. 2. The couple spent their honeymoon in New Zealand. Kellogg grads from '94, '95 and '96 attended the wedding.
