1982

Greetings to the Class of '82.

Tim Liston is still president of Associated Software Consultants, Inc, the company he helped found over 20 years ago. ASC develops, sells and supports computer applications to the mortgage industry. Tim has been married to wife Dawn since 1983 and is also quite proud of his girls: Mattie (9) and Katie (6). Tim lives in the Clifton park neighborhood in Lakewood, and is treasurer of the Clifton Beach Improvement Association.

Peter Gonye is enjoying his new career after 10 years as an investment banker. His second decade has been spent in executive search consulting. After nine years as a partner running the U.S. financial services sector of Egon Zehnder International, Peter moved into a similar role at Spencer Stuart in New York where he co-heads the investment banking and private equity practices of the firm.

When not working, he reports that he tries to stay in good shape playing hockey, paddle tennis, skiing and golf. On the home front, his daughter Paige won the all-around gymnastics championship for the state of Connecticut and took eighth place in her first national championship in Seattle this past summer. She also competed and took second place in both swimming and diving events at the Fairfield County championships and won a few figure skating competitions for her age group. Not to be outdone, her brother Alex (7) is beginning his hockey career early. He plays on a Mite travel team -- the youngest to ever make the squad -- and is traveling all over the East Coast for games. So from this report, between all this activity, if Peter doesn't wind up in a wheelchair, he can become an agent for his kids. Suffice to say life at the Gonye's is "hectic and terrific!"
