Guaranteed Get Home Program routes you to your home terminal 100% of the time (with just 14 days notice). So you're never away from home for more than 14 days at a time unless you choose to be.
We've doubled days off by giving you 2 days off for every 7 worked.
$60 a day orientation pay.
$15 per hour safety training pay.
Layover Pay--$50.00 per weekday after 24 hours.
Extra Pick Up and Drop Pay--$15.00.
J.B. Hunt matches up to 6% of your 401 (k) contributions by 50%.
Employee Assistance Program provides a full range of confidential personal, legal and financial counseling 24 hours a day.
New common sense dress code, focusing on a neat, clean and professional appearance, allows blue jeans and neatly trimmed beards. Five winter and five summer uniform shirts are provided by J.B. Hunt.

Upgrading fleet to late model 9800 flat floors.
Health insurance coverage begins the day you're hired.
Our new Fuel Performance Bonus will reward and recognize the top 20% of drivers in the area of fuel efficiency. Minimum requirements include: Top 20% in MPG Performance for the month, no service failures during the month, and no preventable accidents during the month.
