- Guaranteed Get Home Program routes you to your
home terminal 100% of the time (with just 14 days
notice). So you're never away from home for more
than 14 days at a time unless you choose to be.
- We've doubled days off by giving you 2 days off
for every 7 worked.
- $60 a day orientation pay.
- $15 per hour safety training pay.
- Layover Pay--$50.00 per weekday after 24 hours.
- Extra Pick Up and Drop Pay--$15.00.
- J.B. Hunt matches up to 6% of your 401 (k)
contributions by 50%.
- Employee Assistance Program provides a full
range of confidential personal, legal and financial
counseling 24 hours a day.
- New common sense dress code,
focusing on a neat, clean and
professional appearance, allows
blue jeans and neatly trimmed
beards. Five winter and five
summer uniform shirts are
provided by J.B. Hunt.
- $12.50 per hour shuttle pay.
- Upgrading fleet to late model 9800 flat floors.
- Health insurance coverage begins the day you're hired.
- Our new Fuel Performance Bonus will reward and
recognize the top 20% of drivers in the area of fuel
efficiency. Minimum requirements include: Top 20%
in MPG Performance for the month, no service failures
during the month, and no preventable accidents
during the month.
