Current Responsibilities
Peter C. Roberts is Chief Executive Officer of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Americas region, where he is responsible for strategic planning, tactical oversight and senior-level management for North and Latin American operations and nearly 7,700 employees across five countries in 44 key markets. Mr. Roberts is also a member of the firm’s Global Executive Committee.
Experience Prior to being named Americas CEO, Mr. Roberts served as Jones Lang LaSalle’s global Chief Operating Officer. Before that, he served as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he held the position of Co-President of Tenant Representation and was a key member of the Capital Markets business. Mr. Roberts joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 1986.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Roberts worked as an Assistant Treasurer within the Aerospace and Defense Contractor Group at Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York.
Education and Affiliations Mr. Roberts earned his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and graduated magna cum laude with an A.B. in Economics from Dartmouth College. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Corus Bankshares Inc. and serves on the Board of Directors of Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago. He is also a member of the Economic Club, the Executives’ Club, the Dartmouth College Real Estate Advisory Council, the Executive Committee of The Cara Program and CEOs Against Cancer
