Michael Newman serves as Principal, President and CEO of GOLUB, which he joined in 1984. Under Mr. Newman’s creative, hands-on executive leadership, the company and its affiliates continue to expand in the United States and throughout the Central and Eastern European markets. Development, acquisition and financing transactions executed by Mr. Newman total more than $2 billion. His market-driven projects consistently produce solid investment returns, and he has brought to the firm numerous institutional and private capital sources. He also is a member of the Board of Directors and is the managing broker for Golub & Company LLC.
