Principal, Bridge Development Partners

Anthony Pricco is a principal and equity partner with Bridge Development Partners, responsible for the acquisition and development of office and industrial real estate throughout the Chicagoland area. Additionally, Pricco is involved in the daily management of Bridge and its efforts to grow the platform geographically. In his career, he has completed more than five million-square-feet of development transactions valued at over $500 million.

Pricco is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and holds a BBA with a double major in real estate and urban land economics and marketing. He received his MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 2002.
