Managing Director, Senior Portfolio Manager, J.P. Morgan

Kimberly A. Adams, managing director, is the senior portfolio manager for J.P. Morgan's flagship U.S. core real estate strategy, Strategic Property Fund, valued at over $40 billion gross USD. She is responsible for managing all aspects of the portfolio's investments and strategy. Adams joined the Strategic Property Fund portfolio management team in July 2012. She is a member of the investment committee and U.S. RE management committee. Since joining J.P. Morgan Asset Management – Real Estate Americas in 2003, Adams has served in various investment roles including sector head for office/industrial asset management in the Central region, senior asset manager in the retail and East/South region and as an acquisitions officer in the Midwest. Earlier in her career, Adams worked for Prudential Real Estate Investors and LaSalle Investment Management.

She received a BA in economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Adams serves as a global governing trustee for the Urban Land Institute, chairman of the Kellogg Real Estate Advisory Council and as a member of PREA.
