Students may send faxes in the Student Services rooms, #157 near the stained glass window. Sending a local fax (847,773, 312, 630 or 800 area codes) is free. To send out of town faxes, you will need a phone company calling card. Calling cards may be purchased at the CVS, Walgreens and Sam's Club in Evanston.
If you do not have a calling card, the Student Affairs Office can send your fax for you. The cost is $.50 per page for domestic faxes and $1.50 per page for international faxes, and we guarantee a turn-around time of 2 hours from when you drop off your fax. Please bring your fax by the front desk, fill out a cover sheet and the fax log and then pay for the charges up front. When the fax has been submitted, it will be left in the box on the front desk for you to retrieve.
Students may also receive faxes through the Student Affairs Office. The Student Affairs fax number is 1-847-467-4077. You will be notified via email that a fax has arrived for you, and may pick it up in Student Affairs between 8:30am and 5:00pm. Please remind anyone sending you a fax to include your full name so that we can notify you of its arrival.
