Event Planning Form (.doc)

Any event held at an outside venue must be approved by Northwestern University. Fill out and submit this form for approval of your event. Please make sure to submit no later than 15 business days in advance of the event.

Pre-Contracted Event Venues List 

This page contains a list of venues that have been pre-contracted with the Universtiy, and therefore have a shorter turn-around time for approval than other venues. Use this as a guide when selecting a venue to book your event. Then, submit the above "Event Planning Form" to begin the approval process.
