Availability

Northwestern University has signed a Data Supply Agreement (DSA) on behalf of the Kellogg School Management, the Feinberg School of Medicine and the Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences. This DSA allows faculty and doctoral students to submit proposals to Safeway, Inc. for research projects using Safeway data.

Description

Safeway's data is point of sale data for close to 1,800 stores in 10 Safeway divisions within the US and Canada. Safeway keeps only about two years worth of transaction data and up to four years of store level data.
