DealScan is available to current Kellogg faculty and doctoral students.

Description

DealScan is a database of deal terms and conditions on loans, high yield bonds, private placements,and hybrid financing structures originated globally since 1988 through 2012. Information includes borrower, lender, purpose, amount, fees, covenants, financials and more.
