Description
AuditAnalytics provides audit information for about 20,000 publicly traded firms and 1,500 accounting firms. The data covers the 2000 through 2007 period and includes information about: current auditors, Sarbanes-Oxley disclosures, compliance disclosures, litigation and corporate governance.
