NU SITE LICENSES

Northwestern University has negotiated some site licenses for statistical and mathematical software for faculty, staff and students. Most of these licenses require payment of an annual "rental" fee.

• Software site licenses: Including Maple, Matlab, SPSS and SAS. This web page also include information regarding Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Photoshop. Research Computing manages the Matlab license for Kellogg. All other licenses are managed directly by IT and ordered through www.software.northwestern.edu. Payment requires the use of a CUFS account.
• e-Academy: Offers site licenses at heavily discounted academic prices for packages such as Endnote (free download), Mathematica, Maple, ProCite and SPSS. In some cases (SPSS), users may choose a "rental" for 6 or 12 months. Payment is done with credit cards.
