Evan P. Apfelbaum is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Management and Organizations and Post Doctoral Fellow in the Team and Group Research Center at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He received his B.S. in Psychology and Music from Union College (2002) and Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Tufts University (2009).
His research has been featured in journals
including Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Psychological Science, and Developmental Psychology and has been covered by a range of media outlets such as The New York Times, BBC, and National Public Radio.
He has been recognized by the Gordon Allport Intergroup Relations Prize and is the recipient of an Early Researcher Award from the American Psychological Association and a Clara Mayo Grant from the Society for the Psychological Study of Social Issues, among other research and teaching awards.
He currently resides in Chicago, IL with his wife, Mary. In his free time, he enjoys traveling,
cooking, live music, and spending time with friends, family, and his golden retriever, Joon. |
