This program is designed to provide top-level executives from Latin American companies with the latest managerial tools and concepts, and teaches participants how to implement strategic changes in their own organization from a top-level perspective. Classes are conducted in English with simultaneous translation into Spanish. Written materials are also translated into Spanish.

Who Should Attend

Top executive officers with Latin American companies that have at least US $20 million in sales and more than 200 employees may apply. Chief executives of financial institutions may apply if the assets of their company are greater than US $100 million. For companies with sales greater than US $50 million and financial institutions with assets over $250 million, both the chief executive officer and executives reporting directly to him/her may apply.
