Maximize the productivity and creativity of your workforce by unleashing the energy of your diverse employee base. Grasp the differences that can result in lost potential and learn how to leverage them to lead a motivated team. Generational, ethnic, national, and religious diversity among employees continues to increase globally. Higher retirement rates, government regulations, and a loud call for flexibility stretch the leader's ability to meet productivity goals. With demographic shifts and a looming shortage of real talent in the work place come new demands on leaders who must be prepared to find, develop, and retain the new workforce.
Classroom delivery techniques will range from interactive lectures to real-world cases and simulation exercises, all designed to enhance the leader's toolbox of strategies for managing a diverse workforce for competitive advantage.
