  1. The Emotionally Intelligent Leader

    Research suggests that the most effective leaders are those who are “Emotionally Intelligent.” In this course, you’ll learn how to improve your emotional intelligence quotient.

  2. Understanding Your Leadership Brand

    Stop trying to emulate other great leaders. Instead, discover and develop the leadership potential you already possess to energize people for performance. 


Strategies for Energizing Individuals & Teams

Individuals, Teams, & Organizations 

  1. Energizing People
    Multiple factors contribute to the success or failure of individual employees. Learn how the organization, managers and individual contributors each have a specific role in maximizing performance.

  2. Communicating to Energize People
    In this course, you’ll be exposed to strategies for effectively communicating with key stakeholders for optimal performance.
  3. Developing a Culture of Learning
    When people feel they can learn and grow on the job, they are equipped to innovate and contribute to the organization. You will evaluate your own organization’s culture and be provided with tools to help promote learning and productivity.

  4. Coaching Others
    Research shows that coaching is the most effective way of grooming others for leadership. In this session, you’ll learn core coaching skills and practice with peers in class.

    Special Features:

  1. Participants will leave with tailored action plans that they craft as they go through a series of reflective action learning exercises.
  2. Optional small-group coaching sessions with faculty and peer group: If you would like input from experienced faculty on your specific people challenges, you can sign up for an individual or small group coaching session.
  3. Partner with a Kellogg Leadership Coach who can work with you after the program to help implement your plan as you navigate those challenges that are specific to your people and your organization. For an additional $2,000, you will receive three 45-minute, post-program private coaching sessions via phone.
