Faculty
affiliated with the DRRC design and provide training in negotiation,
decision making, and dispute resolution tailored for corporate
and legal clients. They also coach negotiation teams, design
dispute resolution systems, and make speeches on negotiation,
decision making, and dispute resolution topics to professional
associations and other groups. Faculty have particular expertise
in the following contexts: environment, labor management,
communications, international and cross-cultural negotiations,
ethics, game theory, auctions, and teams. Such projects are
arranged between individual faculty members and clients and
are not programs of Northwestern University, the Kellogg School
of Management, the School of Law, or the Dispute Resolution
Research Center.
