Dates
1.
Open and Closed Schedules
You may not do all closed schedules at Kellogg. Although
you may have all open schedules for both full-time and
summer intern recruiting, we require that for each closed
schedule booked there be a corresponding open one. If
you are conducting only one schedule, it can be half
open and half closed.
2. First-Come, First-Served
We will schedule on a first-come, first-served basis
using the computer-generated time of submission on your
reservation request.
3. Use the Web
We do not take reservations over the phone. You must
use the online Interview Reservation request form.
4. Scheduling full-time and internship dates
You may sign up for both full-time and summer internship dates. In filling out your Interview Reservation requests, keep in mind that you will need to complete separate requests for Full Time and Internship positions. You may enter as many requests as needed. (Please confirm your recruiter's interview-day availability before selecting dates. The recruiter will need to be at Kellogg from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.)
5. Scheduling multiple division/functions
Complete one request form per job/function. For example, if you are recruiting full-time and internship hires for two different functions, you will need to complete 4 forms (one full-time function A, one full-time function B, one internship function A, and one internship function B). You may enter as many requests as needed.
6. Scheduling first-round interviews on two consecutive days
Please call our office and speak to your Industry Relationship Manager by May 13th. We will explain how to complete the form, and will make a note of your preference in your file.
7. Number of Interviews
Below are the numbers of interviews that make up one
schedule for each different interview length. (please
make your reservations for the number of schedules
you want, not the number of interviews.)
(*per interview schedule)
8.
30- or 45-Minute Back-to-Back
If you schedule 30- or 45-minute back-to-back interviews,
the total number of schedules reserved must equal the
total number of recruiters you will be bringing. This
must be an even number, as the students will change
rooms to another recruiter after the first 30/45 minutes. Please contact an Industry Relationship Manager for further clarification on back-to-back schedules.
9. Coordinator Room
A coordinator room may only be requested by those companies conducting 10 or more schedules on any given day. Due to our limited interviewing space, that extra room must be requested on your Interview Reservation Web form. (We strongly encourage companies doing 10+ schedules to bring a coordinator.)
10. Next Available Date
If your requested interview date choices are not available,
we will assign you the next available date. (We cannot
accommodate all companies in the first two weeks of
recruiting.)
11. Confirmation Email
You will receive a confirmation email within one (1) hour
of submitting your Interview Reservation Form. If you
do not receive a confirmation email within that time,
please contact our office as soon as possible
to check on the receipt of your web submission.
12. Job Descriptions
Please do not submit employment information (job descriptions, etc.) at this time.
Information on entering this information for both full-time and summer recruiting
will be sent out over the summer. The completed information will
be due to our office by August 1, 2008 for full-time
positions and by October 1, 2008 for summer intern positions.
