Employment Statistics | 2003
Overview
2003 proved to be a challenging year for job seekers, yet Kellogg students in the graduating class of 2003 did well. Our newest alumni have started their post-Kellogg careers in a diverse range of industries. In addition to the traditional consulting, banking and consumer products companies, we also had students go into education, healthcare and a broad range of manufacturing companies.
Overall, salaries remained flat this year. Selective companies had slight increases in their base salaries, but most remained even with 2002.
As we head into 2004, we are seeing more interest in on campus recruiting and through our on-line job posting system. These appear to be positive indicators of a change in the employment outlook for both full-time and summer intern recruiting.
As always, we value our relationship with you and hope that you will continue to provide us with feedback on ways we can continue to partner with you this next year. Our doors are open to you. Thank you for the support you have provided all of us at Kellogg during these interesting times.
All of us in the Kellogg Career Management Center look forward to working with you in 2004.
Warmest regards,
Roxanne Hori
