Kellogg Net Impact Community announced the Graduate School Chapter of the Year Runner-up!

On November 15, during the closing keynote address of the North American Net Impact Conference, hosted at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, the Net Impact chapter at Kellogg—known as the Kellogg Net Impact Community—took home the Graduate School Chapter of the Year Runner-up Award for the second consecutive year. The Chapter of the Year Award is designed to recognize those Net Impact chapters who have demonstrated “best in class” performance across a range of criteria including management, membership, programs and activities, impact, and Net Impact network support.

Highlights from the Kellogg application include, among others, the formation of the Kellogg Net Impact Community, the annual Innovating Social Change conference, the CHEST Business Plan Competition, the Kellogg Board Fellows program, and the Neighborhood Business Initiative.

The true strength of our chapter lies with the partner organizations within the Kellogg Net Impact Community—the Neighborhood Business Initiative, the Global Health Initiative, the Environmental Sustainability Business Club, Kellogg Corps, Kellogg Board Fellows, the Social Impact Club, the Kellogg Emerging Markets Club, the Education Industry Club, and Business With a Heart. Each contributes to the magnitude of opportunities and impact underlying social responsibility at Kellogg.

Net Impact is a global network of student and professional leaders who are changing the world through business. With over 10,000 members and 203 chapters, Net Impact’s influential network spans corporate social responsibility, education, social entrepreneurship, global health, nonprofit management, international development, and environmental sustainability.
