Mr. Pinto directs the acquisition efforts for Walton Street Capital (“WSC”) throughout the West Coast of the United States and directs all of firm’s industrial acquisitions throughout the entire United States.  In addition, Mr. Pinto leads the firm’s efforts in the majority of the public-to-private transactions that are pursued by the firm.  In his career at WSC, Mr. Pinto has acquired over $6 billion of assets in every sector of commercial real estate in every major geographic market of the United States.

Mr. Pinto is a founding member of WSC and has been with the firm since its inception in 1995.  Prior thereto, Mr. Pinto was an associate with JMB Realty Corporation.  Mr. Pinto earned a Bachelor in Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan in 1992 and he is a CFA Charterholder.
