PREA Scholarships
The Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) offers an annual scholarship to Masters Degree students majoring or concentrating in Real Estate.

Urban Land Institute Scholarships

ULI/Kenneth M. Good Graduate Student Fellowship Program
The ULI Graduate Student Fellowship awards eight $5,000 scholarships annually — with no strings attached other than to finish the year of study — to deserving graduate students who are studying real estate, real estate development, or related subjects at a major North American university. In addition, all students nominated by their programs will get a complimentary one-year student membership in ULI as well as free registration to the fall meeting—regardless of whether or not they are awarded the scholarship.

Nicholas V. Trkla Scholarship
The Nicholas (Nick) V. Trkla Scholarship Fund was started in 1997 by ULI Chicago in memory of Nick Trkla, a ULI Trustee and the first Chairman of the ULI Chicago District Council. Mr. Trkla, President and Founder of a Chicago-based planning and financial development consulting firm, was responsible for revitalization programs throughout Chicagoland and in over 80 cities nationwide. CREW Scholarships
CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network offers ten $10,000 scholarships to female students enrolled in their junior or senior year of study and interested in pursuing a career in commercial real estate. This scholarship program is designed to promote interest in an extraordinary career which values and rewards talent.

CREW Network is an international business network with chapters in 66 markets throughout North America dedicated to promoting the success of women in all disciplines of commercial real estate.
