Peg C. Neuhauser gave Malcolm T. MacEachern Memorial Lecture at the ACHE Congress on Healthcare Management

Author and consultant Peg C. Neuhauser gave the Malcolm T. MacEachern Memorial Lecture, titled “Corporate Culture for Uncertain Times,” at the ACHE Congress on Healthcare Management on March 18, 2003. Neuhauser has more than 18 years’ experience as a management and organizational consultant, specializing in the areas of communication, conflict management, and organizational culture. Her Austin-based company, PCN Associates, works with clients in many industries, including healthcare, finance, and publishing. Prior to establishing her consulting company, Ms. Neuhauser worked for the Hospital Corporation of America. She is the author of three books: Culture.com: Building Corporate Culture in the Connected Workplace; Tribal Warfare in Organizations: Turning Tribal Conflict into Negotiated Peace; and Corporate Legends and Lore: The Power of Storytelling As a Management Tool.

The Malcolm T. MacEachern Memorial Lecture was introduced in 1961 and is sponsored by the Alumni Association of the Health Industry Management Program in honor of Dr. MacEachern, the program’s founder and first director.
