Tuition and Financial Aid

The Kellogg MBA stands as one of the most respected and highly valued academic credentials in the world of business and beyond. Regardless of the Executive MBA Program option you choose — Evanston or Miami — you will enjoy the same unparalleled leadership education taught by the same exceptional faculty.

Executive program tuition and fees
Tuition and fees for the Kellogg Executive MBA Program cohorts beginning in September 2012 and January 2013 has been set at $83,250 per year for two years. This includes not only tuition, books and supplies, but also all room and board during class weekends and on campus live in weeks at the James L. Allen Executive Center in Evanston, or the Coral Gables campus in Miami.

Estimating overall expenses
Although most of the overall expense is covered in tuition and fees above, prospective students should take into account any additional travel requirements, loan fees, and incidental personal expenses. All Executive MBA Program students are required to have a laptop computer for coursework at Kellogg. To ensure seamless integration with the Northwestern University network and among all program students, Kellogg provides recommended laptop specifications. Details are provided upon admission, including information on purchasing laptops and software directly from vendors providing educational discounts to Kellogg students.

Also note that for Evanston program students, the included “room and board” is provided at the James L. Allen Center; for Miami program students, similar accommodations are provided on Kellogg’s Coral Gables, Florida, campus.

Deposit and tuition payments
Upon acceptance, a nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit of $5,000 is required to reserve a seat in the program. Annual tuition is billed in three installments prior to each quarter in which students are enrolled. (There is no summer quarter).

Financing your Kellogg MBA
The financial aid office provides information, guidance and assistance to Executive MBA Program students who wish to apply for available alternative private or federal loans. If you have questions or concerns about tuition, fees or financing, please email emba-finaid@kellogg.northwestern.edu or call the Executive MBA Program office at 847.467.7020.
