Both full and part time students: In order to assure that we issue the correct diploma to the correct person you must show some sort of Photo ID when picking up your diploma, this can be a drivers license, your wildcard, state Id or other form of photo identification.
Full time students can pick up their diploma from Registration & Student Records the week following convocation.
If you will not be picking up your diploma, please indicate on the Ceremony Attendance and Diploma Instructions site where you would like us to send it – either to your current or permanent address, or to an address just for this purpose. If you have not picked up your diploma by the end of the week following the ceremony and have not specified an address, it will be mailed to your permanent address.
Part time students will pick up their diplomas at Gate S following convocation.
