Mike Mickunas, Global Vice President, Consumer Insights

Mike Mickunas is the Global Vice President, Consumer Insights. He is also a member of Kellogg’s Global Marketing Leadership Team.
Mr. Mickunas joined the company in 1996 in the Market Research department.
In his role, Mike partners with the Chief Marketing Officer and the Global Marketing Leadership Team to identify and prioritize the core consumer opportunities that drive Kellogg’s business.
Mike has led consumer insight initiatives that have shaped Kellogg’s cereal portfolio strategy by providing clear brand roles that are driven by consumer needs. These efforts resulted in sales and share growth for Kellogg’s key category of business. Through cross functional collaboration and an emphasis on consumers, he and his teams continue to enable the Kellogg Company to become a more consumer-centric organization.
Mike
received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio State University, Columbus and a master’s degree in business administration from Michigan State University.
Mr. Mickunas is a member of the Advertising Research Foundation, with involvement in the Council on Advertising Engagement, and is a member of the Market Research Executive Board.
Mike was born December 31, 1967, in Akron, Ohio. He and his wife, Kim, reside in Battle Creek, Michigan. They have two children.
